I think we're in for some hard graft tomorrow if the 9 miles from Penzance tonight is anything to go by. Luckily I'm not wearing my heart rate monitor but I think I may have maxed out on a couple of hills.
The b&b gets top marks because he chauffeured us to the nearest pub, and then collected us at closing time. Top-Man !
